The company, known for such products as Gillette razors and Tide laundry detergent, said it expects fiscal 2010 net sales growth in the range of minus 2% to plus 1% and earnings in the range of $3.65 to $3.80 a share, according to slides posted on P&G's website.

P&G had previously declined to offer an outlook for fiscal 2010, which begins in July.

For 2009, P&G expects net sales growth in the range of minus 2% to minus 4% and core earnings in the range of $3.62 to $3.67 a share, according to the slides.

On a net basis, it expects a 2009 profit in the range of $4.20 to $4.25 a share and $3.52 to $3.57 from continuing operations, according to the slides.
